Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

Items returned wet, dirty or damaged are subject to a restocking fee determined on a case by case basis.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Items that have been worn in water may not be returnable unless they are part of a specific try-before-you-buy scheme. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Ex Demo Suits

Ex Demo suits are returned or demo gear that has been either tried on or lightly used. We've inspected all items to ensure that they are in almost-new condition with no structural issues, tears, etc. Very occasionally, a wetsuit may have a small nick or tear that we have repaired. 

Ex Demo suits cannot be refunded. However, we want you to love and be completely satisfied with your purchase. Email us before ordering and we'll help you with sizing and other questions. If are not happy once you receive your item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can exchange the item if another size or colour is available, or offer you credit towards the purchase of a new item. 

All items have been inspected for damage or other issues.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
